How We Help
Consult
Lost dog rescue begins with a conversation. Our trapper asks specific questions to understand how the dog became lost and what the dog’s personality is like. He also gathers detailed information about where the dog may have been sighted. He then provides guidance and and develops a plan to search for and rescue the dog.

Search
The first step in a lost dog search is to get sightings of the dog by raising awareness that the dog is lost. We also have a drone that can be used when needed. When a sighting provides a lead to the dog’s location, our trapper can then become familiar with that area and set up feeding stations to draw the dog to a specific spot where a trap can be set.

Rescue
Rescuing a lost dog is most often done by luring the dog into a humane trap. This is usually a delicate, time-intensive process that involves learning the dog’s routine and patterns of behavior, determining which kind of trap is right for the dog, and creating a setting that allows the dog to feel comfortable entering the trap.
